Actual Delivery Date/Time

Cilent is using Adv. TMS. but not using EDI/ASN.  Client wants to update the actual delivery time/date manually via grid uploads or individual shipment from a flat file. What is the recommended way of updating the actual delivery date/time for shipments (Not building loads)?  I see shipments can be delivery confirmed individually from work with shipments P4915, but is there a way to do this in Mass?
