Databrowser does not display decimals for all fields is there a way to correct this?

We are noticing that some values are displaying in Databrowser without the decimal designation.  For example, in the F3701 file we have a value seen through the standard P3710 application as 3500.00 but in the databrowser it shows as 350000.  Is there a way to correct this as it can cause confusion when looking at the data.
