Salary employees should not have a timecard in OTL

Hello,

This is a two part question

1.     We have an eligibilty rule set up for anyone that has timecard required of yes.  Salary employees are still able to open up a timecard but can not enter anything.  Is there a way to take it completely away from them?

2.     On the timecard status dashboard salary employees are showing up as not turned in a timecard.  Is there a way to take them off?
