[Concurrent FNDRSRUN] FNDRSRUN show all concurrent without filter responsibility.

I confirmed when resubmitting a concurrent request report thru ‘Copy’ feature… for any responsibility level,

the ‘find’ selection displays all reports from any responsibility level and not filtering it to a one responsibility results.

FNDRSRUN version : 12.0.44.12010000.118

This issue occurs after apply below patches:
