Unable to return more than released(ordered) quantity.

Hi,

We are implementing Oracle EBS Order Managment in Oil industry.

In business, the client creates a sales order and sales oil to the customer and now sales order is closed. However, now client get the return from customer and return quantity is more than sales quantity.

The variance due to the weighbridge and client need to record this variance also.

At the time of  sales order return creation, I won't be able to return more than ordered quantity. However, we mention the return tolerance levels in Item Master of Inventory Module and Shipping tolerance in Order Managment Module.

Please advice to resolve this issue.
