Invoice Payment with finally closed PO

Good Day

Kindly advise if will still be able to make a payment to and invoice that is matched to a PO that are finally closed. We are using 3 way matching, the po was received and invoice was matched validated and accounted  not yet paid, but the PO are finally closed. Will we still be allowed to make the payment? as we are not making any changes to the po or invoice.
