Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to build full DV package

We are attempting to build a full DV package and are getting errors in the PDFS & build logs (files attached).

I have asked developer to remove 6 custom BSFNS but they continue to error. Need to know how to complete the build & deploy without errors.
