AP Wedge Population Automation Not Recommending Items

Hello -

In v15 AP, there's an automated Wedge Population function.  RUnning it on Subclass/Look/Clusters that have Size (# style-clrs) targets and have items with plans and are eligible for inclusion, the operation isn't returning any recommendations.  Have checked size targets, product attributes, plan values, inclusion statuses, etc. and everything looks good.  Important to note that we needed to enhance the Wedge task so we're not running base GA.  Tried finding information on how the Wedge Builder expression works but so far no luck.

Does anyone have experience with this?
