Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Unable to close Receivables period

Hi All,

I am trying to close the Receivables period. But I could not close...

I run the sub-ledger period close exception report found two transaction status is ''Related Event In Error''

Find the attached report output.

It's very urgent if any body help me...
