WMS_Invalid_FFP

We added some navigation paths to the existing responsibility in one of our Telnet testing instances.  When we go in to do a Paper Based Pick, we get this message 'wms_invalid_FFP'.  Can't find anything on this.  Does anyone know what this error means?

We are on R12.1.2
