OJVM April 2016 Patch 22674697 - Re-link fails on target "jox_refresh_knlopt ioracle".

The Database PSU April 2016 was successfully applied  but I got an error when I applied OJVM April 2016 patch 22674697 in 11.2.0.4 database in Solaris SPARC.  I also tried to rollback OJVM patch 22674697 but it is showing the same error message.  I am stuck now figuring out what to do to fix the "jox_refresh_knlopt ioracle" error. Please help.

ERROR:
