JD Edwards 9.2 Fat client crashes during the Check in and check out any standard version

HI,

we are using the JD Edwards 9.2 fat client. we are facing issue during the check in or check out any version.

After click the Check in button. The fat client give error active console not responding. It is automatically close .

we are using the MS window 10. I have checked this is support with JDE 9.2.

I have also tried the following document(RDA: Open Report Design Aid, Blank Screen in Design, No Sections are displayed (Doc ID 634824.1)) . there is no luck with me. I am facing still same issue.

Please advise me where is problem.
