Patch application of 20745242 R12.AD.C.Delta.7 fails with insufficient privileges when running ademu
I'm working on an install of 12.2.4 that was installed last summer and went live in Oct. 2015. This is our first patching cycle. I am trying to upgrade ad/txk as a preface to all the other patching. I'm following this doc: Applying the Latest AD and TXK Release Update Packs to Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (Doc ID 1617461.1)
In accordance with the instructions, I have run:
on the database tier:
adgrants.sql 120.67.12020000.37 2015/12/18 11:34:05 --this is shipped with patch 22123818
on the apps tier:
adop phase=apply patches=20745242,22123818,22700342 merge=yes
I receive this error:
