Oracle projects Conversion: Resource assignement and plan cost

Hello Experts, We are in the process of doing the project conversions. While i have done project/task/cost/budgets/agreement/events conversion but havent got the exposure of resource assignment and financial plan cost update conversion. Could you please give your expert advice on how to do resource assignment(Project => resource => add assignment) and plan cost (Task setup => update the cost against fin element) conversion programmatically. Really appreciate your help.
