Exchange rate in OM

Hi, Our functional currency is INR and want to create order in foreign currency. When creating order that time system allowing to put exchange rate at order header but our requirement is to enter second exchange rate in shipping form so that second exchange rate interface and import to AR. Please let us know how to achieve same functionality through order management.
