Integrating Siebel Campaign with wamp server

We have installed and setup wamp server as an external webserver in our environment in order to be able to upload/browse images placed on the server and embed them in the CKEditor for Email treatment.  After lots of trying we were able to achieve the same in our development environment. We did achieve the same in our production environment also but it suddenly stopped working. On opening the image browser,it shows the folder,images and lets upload the images as well.

However, when we try to embed it by clicking the image, it does not do anything and shows the error as Failed to load resources:ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE.
