Account view taking time to load in the application

Hi,

We are facing issues in loading all accounts view in our application. Post deployment, the view was taking anywhere around 45 minutes to load. On going through the logs, we found out that the query is taking long time to retrieve the records. We have fine tuned our database by following oracle recommendations. The execution time of the query has improved and we can see the faster response on directly running on database. However, the loading of the view is taking around 6 minutes now. By going through the OM log, we noticed that the cursors fetching records to populate
