OVM manager 3.3.3 install failure

Hello ,

I try to install OVM manager 3.3.3 in Oracle linux 6.6 , but it failed when try to install WebLogic failed to start in '60' minutes

Connecting to t3://localhost:7001 with userid weblogic ...

This Exception occurred at Wed May 04 14:55:05 AST 2016.

javax.naming.CommunicationException [Root exception is java.net.ConnectException: t3://localhost:7001: Destination 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1, 7001 unreachable; nested exception is:

  java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused; No available router to destination]

[root@HMM-OVMMGR OVM_MANAGER]# ./createOracle.sh

Adding group 'oinstall' with gid '54321' ...

Adding user 'oracle' with user id '54321', initial login group 'dba', supplementary group 'oinstall' and  home directory '/home/oracle' ...
