Unable to open the configurator for an order: ORACLE.APPS.CZ.UTILITIES.CHECKEDTOUNCHECKEDEXCEPTION

Hi,

We are facing a scenario where while opening configurator for an order, below error is displayed:

EXCEPTION DURING BATCH VALIDATION.

PHASE: RESTORING CONFIGURATION

EXCEPTION:

ORACLE.APPS.CZ.UTILITIES.CHECKEDTOUNCHECKEDEXCEPTION: NO SUCH HEADER RECORD FOUND IN DATABASE WITH ID = 60202181, REVISION = 1

We have checked the tables CZ_CONFIG_HDRS and CZ_CONFIG_ITEMS, and the header_id exists, but with revision number 2.

I have already referred the Doc ID 2126336.1 on metalink, but the root cause mentioned in the document is not related to our case, as the mentioned patch which is supposed to cause the issue is not yet installed.

Can we use a datafix to fix this using any API or make any corrections through any setup?
