JD Edwards 9.2 lcoal web client not install on window 10

HI,

we are installation JD Edwards 9.2 local fat client on window 10. It is give error on the web logic entries not found under system 32 bit registry.

I have installed the following software and also start the web logic installation from bin directory

jdk-8u65-windows-i586

weblogic V78153_01(FMW_12.2.1.0.0).

Please advise me where is issue.
