When a promotion added under Line items, CP under the promotion is visible but not its child compone

Hi,

In our 8.1.1.6 Siebel application , when we try to add a BP(with only 1 child CP) on order line item , we can see the BP and CP under it but not the components of the CP.

This,however, works fine for Quote line item i.e. we are able to see complete hierarchy. What possibly could be wrong here?
