Instance Ownership did not change after shipping the Item
Hi,
An Item (serial controlled, Install Base track enabled), is shipped to the customer.
After shipping both the header and line status of the order is closed.
when we try to query the Instances using Sales order number we are unable to query the instance.
If we try to query with serial number the instances are coming but the ownership is still with the organization.
We need to change the ownership of the Instances to the customer from organizations.
Can anyone please suggest me.
