Not able to submit charges in SR

Hi All,

While submitting item 'IT V.F .< 20kva' in SR 4204114, error is coming as --

- Error messages from Order Management

- The item specified is invalid or does not exist in the warehouse you specified. Please enter a valid item-warehouse combination

- Invalid unit of measure for this item.

However, same item can be submitted successfully in other SR sametime.

I have also created same SR (as of 4204114), but error message is coming there also.

I have checked all related setups (in item master form) and profile 'Service Inventory Validation Org', but all seems to be correct.

What can be the problem in this?
