Subject line in report

Hi,

1.  I have one report in that have to assign customer's name in subject line but I doesn't know which section of report called as subject line.

     Could any body let me know this?

2. I am adding a freight at the detail section of the sales order with line type as F, system allow to save but when I try to see by clicking on find not able to see the freight line.

What could need to do in this
