Updating Alta Look and Feel in EBS 12.2.5

Hello, I need to change a few aspects of the Alta Look and Feel in v12.2.5.  On the whole we are happy with the LAF, but we still need to change a few background colours and the like. 

I have followed the instructions in the latest version of 'Oracle Application Framework Personalization Guide for v12.2' but this does not seem to include the changes to look and feel that were made for 12.2.5.  Specifically, I was unable to select Alta in order to base my changes to the CSS on it.

Has anyone managed to update the CSS for the Alta look and feel in v12.2.5?  Any suggestions?
