Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Our client need to balance 2 ApplTier EBS Nodes with an Oracle Software without a Hardware LoadBalancer:

- Is it possible to realize this balancing?

- What Oracle Middleware release was certified with Oracle EBS R12.1.2?

- Please give me any installation and configuration Guide
