Hi, job is running slow

Hi,

A  job is running slow in one of our production server from past 3 days, Your quick response will be appreciating.

DB version 10.2.0.5.0 running on AIX 6.1

The sql was running fine from long time.

All the dependent tables and indexes stats are latest.

Database and server resource utilization also normal.

The surprising thing is that if we run the job first time  it takes long hours but if we run the same job next time it runs quickly. also the sql id also changing in different run.Its' daily job.
