OEM 12c with MS AD authentication

Hi Guys

I want to implement the authentication thru MS AD; but I do have a concern about the auto provisioning because even it's part of the purpose  to get some self administration to avoid creating users manually right? so well the concern it's how may I ensure that this auto provisioning has limit access or don't be dangerous

I've read some from SRs docs and by my own
and I guess some of the basic settings I should focus are these ones

So for example I was thinking if the default value it's true in the auto provisioning are these:
