Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Need to override TAX Rate for an invoice line with certains PURCHASING_CATEGORY

Out EBTAX is working fine. We have a requirement to give specific RATE for Invoice Lines with specific Purchasing Category. Please advise.
