It generates no cost to create the purchase order by R3411

I'm generating purchase orders by R3411. I have Blanket Order for these items.

PROBLEM: When I generated purchase orders by R3411 for these items, the order doesn't come with the cost. If I generated by the P3411, they come with the cost.

Can anyone tell me what's going on?
