ARM - Import custom attribute value

For 11.1.2.4.200 version. 

Can administrator import custom attribute value?  We setup a custom attribute for reporting purpose.  The goal is to import/update the value for profiles.  The custom attribute is setup as TEXT.  We tried export profiles with custom attribute but the custom attribute column does not show in the export CSV file. 

Please let me know if this functionality available in 11.1.2.4.  or any workaround?
