R12.1.3 Manual journal is missing in Secondary Ledger. How to find the reason(failed to trans or man

Hi,

It is a secondary ledger on subledger level.

Users found that 3 manual journals which had been posted in primary ledger were missing in its secondary ledger.

But there are hundreds of other transferred journals with the same journal source&category were in secondary ledger.

I think possible reasons are:

1. the journals were created in secondary ledger, but were deleted by user;

2. the journals were not created in secondary ledger due to bug.

Do you have suggestions about how to:

1. find the trace of journal deleting in secondary ledger;

2. find the trace of journal creation in secondary ledger (while the journal header/batch are deleted).
