eText Outbound with UTF-8-BOM encoding

Hello Team: We created an eText Outbound file to get the Text output for the Payment Formats in R12. When we click the output it opens a browser page and from there we are saving the output to a text file. We used encoding in the eText template as UTF-8. Surprisingly the text file's encoding method as UTF-8-BOM. This extra BOM (Byte Order Mark) adding two invisible characters at the beginning of the file. We are using Internet Explorer to save the output.  This issue is only happening with Internet Explorer browser only. Our client is not interested to use
