I am trying to build the 1094-C with R08121A but it comes up blank?

Hello,

We imported our data into the F08119 to generate the 1095-C and that seemed to of worked fine.  Now I am trying to build the data for the 1094-C.  It tells me I should add part I for all the companies and part II for the authoritative and I have done this and the R08121A keeps coming up blank.  Now there was one field I could not populate  is part II section A-D.  When I select any of the records it gives me a error, "Exceeds data item length"  but I checked the udc 08/CE and it is supposed to
