Bad feeling on Oracle Support

I have created some Service Request in the Oracle Support for over 6 months. They reply me once a month with some useless questions like: " you have any PSU on top of ...?"  "I will update you soon..." "Sorry for the delay. Could you please verify..."

Is that what Oracle Support will do normally? How to complaint the supporting staff?
