Session out data remains ,when modifying data in activity work bench

I have a question.This is related to Enterprise asset management
Earlier we have performance issue in Activity work bench
Support Action plan:
1. Please truncate table EAM_ASSET_EXPLOSION_TEMP in the TEST instance where RPC3 was installed.
2. Gather Schema Stats for EAM and INVENTORY schemas at 50%.
3. Bounce Apache and Clear cache and retest the issue.
After applying this action plan we got an issue regarding session out as below case
If we open Activity work bench form and modify the existing record ,the count for the table "EAM_ASSET_EXPLOSION_TEMP is increased.
if we close the form the record get deleted.
