How can we get the Credit-Card Issuer ranges updated on the application?

Hi, MasterCard has announced that they will add a new 2 series BIN range effective October 2016. The BIN range (222100-272099) will be processed with and in the same manner as the existing 51-55 BIN range (510000-559999), in our application R12.1.3, we don't have the card-issuer range starting with 2 for Master-Card. Is there a way to have the new ranges added to Card-Issuer range table: iby_cc_issuer_ranges
