What & how to analyse the reccomended patches R12.1.3

Hi,

We are on R12.1.3

Currently we are about to start the project of applying the recommended patches for the entire EBS Suite.

Can anyone please advise as where to start from?

I'm unsure as what & how to analyze the recommended patches.

Below are the major modules we've implemented:

GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, PA, iExpense, OM, PO

Our goal is to bring the patch set level up to the mark.

Please advise.
