ECE State not move to UsageProcessing even after Successful CU start

Hi All,


In one of our environment, I tried to restart ECE. Customer Updater was started successfully(all customers from brm loaded successfully) but State is not moved to UsageProcessing. It is still in UpdaterBacklogProcessing state.

Additional Info:

1. We have multi-schema enabled (3 schema) in that environment.

2. Since we are mainly using schema 1, only one customer updater is configured in eceTopology file.

3. In charge-settings.xml, we have configured only one customer updater.

What could be the issue?
