Issue with Maps in Otm Cloud

Hello,

I have created a shipment and delivered it to the destination. Now I want to see its Map. I am facing the below issues:

1. When I click the Map shipments. The default map that I am seeing is of United States (whereas I want to navigate to Pakistan)

2. When I click 'Show Driving Directions', the system is giving me an error "Invalid ELocation URL:http://elocation.oracle.com/elocation."

3. When I click 'Show Shipment Planned vs Actual Route' I see the Planned route only. In actual route I get nothing. Whereas I have updated events (From departure till Delivery) related to shipments.
