We are looking into track LOAs (STD, LTD, FMLA, etc.) hours via our home grown ETS (timesheet) and like to know if anyone out there already implemented this. Also like to know how to setup employee to pay STD 80% of REG. We are on a bi-weekly payroll. Thanks!
