ORA-00020: maximum number of processes exceeded.

Hi,

We are getting the above error on the alert log. We have increased the process value by 1000 but even after that the error persist.

We have restarted all the associated instances but the error comes after every 10 - 15 minutes.

We are trying to get the SQL query from the OSPID (LOCAL=NO) but the output is null.
