How to restrict PO Qty which is referring to PR Qty in R12

Hi Team,

Can you please help me on below requirement.

I want system to restrict if we are changing the PO qty which is greater than PR qty.

Eg: If PR is created with 100 Qty, after auto create buyer should not change the Qty to 120. If he changes, System should restrict. ( We can give some tolerance to change the Qty limit)

Please let me know if we can achieve this through standard functionality.
