Java Business Services - JBS - Performance

Dear colleagues,

One of our client is facing a performance issue related to JBS or EAI. We don't know for sure where is the problem.

A brief description of the process:

1-) WebSphere call Siebel EAI trying to retried an Integration Object

2-) The IO is based on a VBC that is based on a JBS call to a custom java program.

3-) The expected return is 90.000 lines of records.

Putting EAI log's to level 5 showed to us that 98% of the time Siebel is using  for "EAI Transport" events.
