Does any one have any ideas regarding "Context of the same RID , 0:963:28 already present in this fa

We are running EPM11.1.2 and have started encountering this error.  The issue started occurring when we moved the application to a virtual UNIX server running Solaris 11.3.

The error occurs when we are running a batch job causing it and other running jobs to fail.
Any insight as to what might be causing this would be appreciated.

Here is the complete error from the "server_messages_JobService.log"  log.
