SMPP plugin auto connect ocsg 6

Dear All,

I have many service that need to be created on smpp based, when ever I create smpp plugin I need to restart ocsg in order to connect plugin in active state. Is there any way we can connect plugin automatically by using mbean option without restarting ocsg.

My services are running in production it cause outages whenever i restart my managed servers.
