Negative Completion Questions

preface

1)work orders have related sales order

2)work order are for configured items from sales order

Questions

1) the lot number is not removed from sales order when doing negative completion. It would make sense to me that the lot number would be removed. Is this working as designed?

2) sales order status isn't changed back to before completion status.

3) can negative completions happen after wip and variance accounting is complete?
