How do you enable Project/Task fields for Discrete Jobs in WIP?

Hi All-

We've got a requirement to code WIP transactions with project/task info and on the Projects side, it looks like the processes are set up to import project-coded WIP transactions, however, the fields in WIP are greyed out.

When we create a new discrete job, you can see the fields under the 'Schedule Group, Project' tab, but they're greyed out and I can't seem to determine how to enable them. The Implementation Guide referenced enabling some setups for Process Manufacturing parameters, but when I navigate to the 'Parameters' form, there's no reference to Process Mfg or Projects. I was unable to find any other hits on Oracle Support.
