why this sql cause temp tablespace full and ora-1652 error (sql belong to sys user)

testing it in my testbed .it also cause 1652 error. my production database has 48GB temp.  

using event 1652 get the following information.   how to identify which job/script/package this sql coming from . is it that possible disable it . it seems gathering CBO related  statistics  . can someone help me.
