Failed to upgrade Acme Packet 3820 from version nnECX640 to version ECZ730p2

I'm trying to upgrade a 3820 from nnECX640 to ECZ730p2 .

I modified the image-file then rebooted the hardware .but it seems that the hardware can not bootup .

here is upgrade log:
